From the top of a building, a lookout, lulled by the beat and footsteps of the city. It tires but doesn't stop. Does the city never sleep?
Brussels-based illustrator Théodora Jacobs has created a short film with an original form and apparent simplicity: a little drawing, a little music and a world is born before our eyes. The idea of boxes in which the drawings move is reminiscent both of cinema and of windows; the calm, hypnotic jazz music, however, is very urban. The final vision of the city, so poetic, with its own life but above all its own rhythm, is very successful. A real favourite!
