Woman at War

Halla is fifty and an independent woman. But behind the facade of a leisurely routine, she leads a double life as a passionate environmental activist. Known by the alias "The Mountain Woman," she secretly fights the national aluminum industry in a one-woman war. With her risky actions, she manages to stop negotiations between the Icelandic government and an international investor. But then the approval of an almost forgotten adoption application throws Halla's straightforward plans out of sync. Determined, she plans her last and boldest action as the savior of the Icelandic highlands.
