Mrs. Dambrowski is worried about her husband. On this day, ISAR 12 has to deal with some minor matters: In a gambling parlor, a gentleman blocks the music machine and lets the same record play non-stop, a drunk driver is caught and taken to the clinic for a blood test, and finally ISAR 12 is called to an apartment building because a drunk is demolishing his own apartment.
