No other state played such an important role in American history as Massachusetts. The first resistance against British rule originated here with the Boston Tea Party. The first battles of the American Revolution took place here. That is why Boston has been revered as the “cradle of freedom” since the proclamation of independence from the balcony of the Old State House in 1776. We will follow the Freedom Trail in Boston and visit attractions such as the world's oldest active warship and the famous Harvard University.
