Police officers pursue a burglar fleeing into a high-rise garage. The crew of ISAR 12 is also deployed. In the rambling halls and corridors, Dambrowski is attacked by the wanted man and threatened with a pistol. The other officers have to watch as the criminal, using Dambrowski as bullet protection, gets outside. The criminal knocks Dambrowski down.
