Paul is looking for a way to show Katja his love. At the harbor, he buys an oil painting of a ballet dancer from the Russian Igor. But Katja has no time for Paul; she is on her way to the ballet academy, where she is secretly taking the entrance exam. Igor rushes excitedly to the Pfefferkörner headquarters. His boss, the antique dealer Asmussen, has taken away his dog Timka and wants the painting back. The Pfefferkörner discover that there is a second picture under the oil painting. An icon! They take the painting to Father Wladimir in the Russian Orthodox Church, who confirms its authenticity...
