Die Abenteuer von Awena und Abduli

Seaweed is cultivated on Zanzibar. It grows in the sea under water. Awena and Abduli visit a seaweed plantation because they want to try a fruit juice made with seaweed. To do this, they tie individual seaweed stalks to ropes at low tide, which grow into small bushes under water over the next few weeks at high tide. The seaweed juice tastes a little salty, but delicious, and can also be used to make many other products, such as soap, medicine, lotion, skin cream or toothpaste.
